[SML] Exit strategy

A lot depends upon what your plans are for your next phase of life.  If it is retirement, most don't want to just sit home and watch soap operas.  For some, it is doing other work that you prefer, but not making as much money.  Or babysitting your great grand children. Others just prefer part-time work, with the freedom to take off a do an extended vacation any time they want.
Of the top of my head;   
   - Sell the Business outright.
   - Sell it, but do it as perhaps 20% each year, for a 5 year period.
   - Only sell a portion, retaining some %, and get a certain % of the gross sales.
   - Keep full ownership, but hire a manager to run it.
