Get Tax Advice as to the most tax-minimizing strategy while receiving
maximum interest on your investment.
Perhaps leasing or sub-leasing the Real Property and selling the inventory
at Fair Market Value to the lessee?
Sell it all to Rosco, as Joe Tawill did with GAM?
Sell it to the most credit-worthy employees and their friends, paid over
time, to maximize your return and income.
