[SML] Chauvet Q-Spot 560 LED Issue

We had an issue with a zoom that got stuck, and we went it in for service;
it turned out to be just a screw driving the mechanism had gotten out of
place. They fixed it, and it's been fine since. It the units are out of
warranty, try buzzing them for a drawing to see if the drive for that motor
is getting too dirty or something.
