That's about the long and short of the waveform. From the
"intelligence" I've seen in dimmer designs, I bet the show on it.
Suggestion: Borrow a generator from someone that won't get TOO pissed
if you mess with the throttle and turn it down to 50Hz, then you can
test your dimmers.
Don't forget to re-time the generator before returning it!
