[SML] Jac-Pac Issue

Anyone own the Jac-Pac CO2 device that uses paintball tanks to provide
convenient air supply for pneumatic tools. I need to know if there is an
O-ring in the regulator/tank connector. I have tried contacting the
manufacturer without success. I have the yellow older model and it's
leaking air around the threads which the troubleshooting guide says is
caused by a bad O-ring on the cylinder. The O-rings on my cylinders look
good, but I saw the remnants of one in the connector and I don't know where
it came from.
