[SML] Cuckoo Project for a Prop construction person in Portland Oregon area

Hi all,

I have a project that needs a rather large-ish (24-36" tall) 
representation of a cuckoo bird such as you would find popping out of a 
cuckoo clock.

Generally birdlike shape, lightweight (rigid foam?) and could pass for a 
clock bird at 40 foot viewing distance presuming the viewer has poor 
eyesight.

Limited budget of course - anyone interested?
