[SML] Vendor Rules

Hey folks,

I've been asked to prepare a document of our rules for outside 
audio/video vendors.

Does anyone have such a document I can peruse as a starting point?  Our 
rules at the moment are
- tape down your cables
- no setting up/striking when the audience is present.

That seems a bit thin for a full document.
