Well, i'm convinced to recommend to client they do this, even if I
can't even imagine a plausible unbalancing.

Michael - I have gone thinking down that road several times and when
it's all done, I don't think it saves money.  I'll do unique things on
clients dime - with client fully informed and on board - if it
promises to save a lot but just not feeling that is the case here.

I think a 2 ton motor in rigging pit to handle load and move mosty
unloaded arbor to get to all of weights is the feasible and know
answer.    A couple of days for 3-4 person crew is my guess.
