[SML] Chain as hanging hardware

There is nothing wrong with threaded rods to support a grid provided that
the appropriate calculations have been done

There is nothing wrong with chain for rigging as long as its a proper
welded link chain, two wraps on a pipe is also acceptable

Assorted hardware such as s-hooks, bolts, quicklinks, and random shackles
are not acceptable

To make it safe, i would replace all the chain and get new shackles, this
ensures you know its right and when everything looks the same, people dont
question the install

Dont forget to mouse the shackles
