[SML] Long, graceful, gentle bend in conduit?

I did this quite a while back to make some concave projection screens.  Did
essentially what Mike said, but just went against screws instead of blocks
of wood.  Due to the tight contact points we had some minor indentations,
so something to soften the bend would really help.  Definitely have to do a
tighter radius due to spring back.
