[SML] Balcony Rails

Nice space, Bill.  My space has the "hairpin" style of endrow railings.
These are nice looking, but they look like they'd catch a sleeve?  I see an
elderly patron with long, loose sleeves on her sweater getting caught on
the railing as she comes down....
