Hi all,

We're also hiring folks to work in our worldwide HQ in sunny south Florida!!!
I'm currently looking for a Product Engineering Manager to run our PE dept., assist in product design,   Engineering for us is not PCB design, but more like a combination of master repair technician (Board level diagnostics and repair), and experienced show technician... We try to design every fixture with an understanding of not just what an end user will try to accomplish with it, but the processes they use to get those results.  The Product Engineers work alongside our Product Managers to help us refine our product designs to be safer, easier to use an maintain, while maintaining a strong value proposition for our end users. Thus, we (hopefully) make stuff that not only performs exceptionally well, but is affordable, and intuitive in its use, as well.  The Product Engineering Manager oversees our growing team of Product Engineers and Specialists (Currently 5), and should have a strong foundation in management, as well as production experience with Static/theatrical lighting, Moving Heads, LED Video Wall, and (ideally) Networking.
Bonus points for applicants who geek out on photometry, protocols, and networking... Multiple languages a Plus (we have home offices in 6 countries with plans for 2 more this year, and are distributed in over 105 countries worldwide).

We're also in the market for one "Product Specialist."  This is a shared resource between our Sales Team (used for on-site trainings, and assistance for high-profile installs/events), and our Product Engineering dept, where you'd assist with internal trainings, product evaluations, and prototype testing.
