[SML] Pneumatic Wagon Brakes

I'd like to use a pneumatic wagon brake system on a theatrical wagon I'm constructing but have no experience building this type of thing.  
I'm looking for something where the wagon remains on the casters and a set of pneumatic cylinders lower to the stage applying pressure so that the wagon can no longer be moved.
Does anyone have a shopping list and/or assembly diagram for a system like this that they'd be willing to share?
