I hope you don’t have to throw the baby out with the bath water and stop passing along job possibilities altogether. 

OTOH, it is, at the end of the day, Facebook. I too wish we could have kept the FB group down to a more manageable size. Kristi and I do try to vet everyone who joins to ensure that they at least work in the business and don’t appear to be jerks. And we try to referee. But, I can’t block everyone who chooses to be obtuse or pedantic or just rude. 

Thanks for not letting it get out of hand.
