[SML] power line clock question

None of the above in the house (or, I guess, in this residential area, near
midnight);
15 minutes worth, in just a few hours, would be LOTS of stray cycles,
and clocks don't show any long-term drift
but short-term wander of power-cycle-counting clock,
vs clock supplied with time reference, eg cable)
is quite evident, could be +/-10 seconds in a day but
don't think I've ever ever seen total long-term over 20.
So I guess the power co is still inserting TEC's..
