I prefer the Chief RPAU over the previously suggested Peerless option.
While it doesn't provide quite as much pan/tilt adjustment, the process is
much more positive, in my opinion, as you are adjusting one direction at a
time instead of both simultaneously on the ball joint.  I have also found
them less likely to strip out if they are being moved/adjusted regularly.

I also received the City Theatrical email the other day and that option
looks really interesting.  I haven't had a chance to see one in person yet,
but I am looking forward to the opportunity.
