[SML] Best cutting board for gel?

Hi All,
Yes, we still use gel. I'm looking for the best cutting board. I buy our
gel in pre-cut rolls to match our gel frames so we're doing just one cut
from a roll. Otherwise, I'd use an old fashioned board and mat knife.
