[SML] Flat rigging question

Counterbalance the weight by mounting some heavy weights off the back. The further down/farther back they are, the less the weight will have to be.

I have a screen surround made up of 2ft wide flats, the top of it is going to have some large flowers on it.  I cant rig it from the flowers, how do I keep it hanging straight and not wanting to tip forward?
