Yes.  One handy source of extra weights could be the side flats, if the top flat
is stiff enough and sturdy enough to have all the extra weight at the ends.

Another option is to extend the pick points higher, to be a foot or two above
the flower weight, with additional vertical 1x4s or angle irons or anything
rigid (*securely* and inflexibly attached to the top flat).
