[SML] Theater Style seating and codes for it

Dear Jeffrey.
I concur with Bill and add: Watch the geometry/sightlines when/if you add a
FOH sound area in the middle of the Audience area, often by carving one out
of 2 rows of seats. If the wheelchair area can be in the same 2 rows as the
FOH Sound area, it can blend in.
