[SML] LED conversion

We're planning to convert 50% of our incandescent fixtures to LEDs in
the next several years.
It would be useful to be able to justify the expense by calculating
the energy savings.

All the variables of usage, intensity, color, and differences between
light plots are making my head hurt.

- Has anybody had success in either calculating the energy savings or
measuring them?
