[SML] Eight Bells for Dick Archer

I'm so very sorry to learn of his passing. Dick was a good friend whom I
never got enough time to spend with in person. He was a stalwart of the
Upstate Section of USITT for many years and, as well, we shared ideas and
solutions back and forth from time to time.  The educational system has
suffered a great loss with his death.
Rest well, Dick.
