Yeah, it's called a "USB condom" ... the most basic one shorts the data
leads together facing the device side, and doesn't pass anything except
5V and ground to the power-source side.  You can make one of those yourself
pretty quickly.. might not deliver highest-level "fast charge", but works.

You can set your USB port to "charge only" mode, but it's unclear how much
of a defense that actually is.
