When I lived in Hong Kong, the convention centre required that you have a
dedicated announcement CD player (it was 20 years ago) dedicated to their
announcements, they provided the CD, you had to play a track as people came
in, you could have walk in music below it, a HKCEC employee was at FOH and
would play the right track for an emergency. the announcements were in 3
languages

I seem to remember a handout too
