[SML] Fire Alarms and Concerts

 Some of the commentators assume that all emergencies are ones where the patrons should evacuate.  But, there are potential situations where that is not good.  One  may be a gunman shooting in the lobby... sending the patrons into the lobby would be a bad idea.
There must be a method in place, to mute the audio and allow an announcement.
