[SML] [EXTERNAL] Tips for Painting a concrete stage floor

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions on my request for advice on painting
the concrete floor...The rest of the suggestions concerning other flooring
treatments are irrelevant to my circumstances and while informative are off
the point.
