[SML] rope lock safety lock out tag

My apologies, I tend to miss the important info in the subject line (I am always looking at the fine print).  To try and redeem myself the H&H rope lock takes a 3/8"1-1/2” padlock so you need a “lockout hasp” with those dimensions.  The sites aren’t clear of specific dimensions but something like this might fit the bill:
