[SML] Stage Flying Clause in Contracts/Policies

You could do a more general (expanded out to pages after translation to
law speak) where any use of the facilities beyond normal events may
require use of certified third parties and possibly extra insurance. 
Requests for out of the ordinary uses must be received in writing in
advance and are subject to approval.

That way you cover flying, pyro, sword swallowing, water melon smashing,
world's largest flea collection, ,...
