I like sounds and lights!!!
I got into all of this because my special interest is a comic called “the Backstagers,” along with Beetlejuice the Musical, so I have a really big interest in theater teching, ESPECIALLY sound effects! It’s swell to meet you all.
Also, AlexDoesComics is my old pen name from when I was, like, nine? You can call me Abbey!
Please email if you have any advice, or starting stuff!!!!!

As President of our IA local, he's working with near-by locals to create some online training for our members, and encouraging folks to take the IA Training Trust classes.

The session on "When in Rome: What to do in a new-to-you venue" has been transferred to that conference. - kudos to the Safety and Health commission for getting that communicated quickly.

Our techs each have their own van, we have sufficient PPE, and we're limiting contact with others as much as possible. Some of the school installs we had have been moved up; other construction things continue on schedule. We did lay off some employees so I'm doing my regular quality/education/safety duties plus being resident LD and doing more design/engineering things to cover for two others. Started working from home yesterday, which I like as the catering is good, commute time non-existent and environment cozy.
