    Rosenthal's book is a good option but will be expensive ($135+ on
    Amazon).  The Pilbrow book is also a good option. Other options:
    1.  The Assistant Lighting Designer's Toolkit by Anne E. McMills
    2. Concert Lighting by James L. Moody and Paul Dexter
    3. Illuminating the Play by Dennis Parichy
    4.  The Story of Light by Ben Bova
