[SML] Stage Lighting Books in the Emergency Internet Library

Lighting History books, including the 'Art and Practice' ones, appear not
to include how to sharp-focus Limelight, or even Gaslight, not just
achieve that effect through modern instrumentation. Ex: how far back from
the lip of the stage? How far off the Deck?
