For signs and such in different materials, I would opt for a Cutawl any 
day. Those spiral saws are designed more for drywall. The newer 
reciprocating tools that have a vibrating shaft might be a good handy prop 
tool, but it still wouldn't do the super tight corners that a Cutawl can do.
