I wish you the best in closing the business and no problems wrapping
things up, but we live in interesting times.

I've been finding some of our equipment is selling well, other I almost
have to pay someone to take.  Isn't even logical which is which.  The
State of California also initially rejected our "we're closing" form so
we were technically open for an additional month.  The sales tax people
are all messed up.  It took a month from selling our building until it
was actually recorded and another month to get the paper copy of the
transaction.
