Big industrial ceiling fans are pretty spendy to buy, and good luck
finding a rental shop that has them. Maybe a rental shop that does a
lot of tent weddings might have some smaller residential sized ceiling
fans. Moving enough air from up in the battens to lift detritus from
the ground is gonna be another challenge that may prove difficult.
Might have to provide eye protection for the first several rows of
audience seating and get additional insurance for the hazard you are
creating.

If you have some rotating fan gobos you can project on the ceiling of
the house, and borrow from the janitors a couple of those coil fans (no
idea what their proper name is) they use to dry wet carpets, then have
them move some low lying fog or haze. masking the noise is left as an
exercise for the reader.

Good luck with it. let us know what you end up doing.
