[SML] Consumer Reports for Gaffer's Tape?

The specification for Gaffer's Tape.as requested by IA Gaffers, and
developed by the 3M Company is that it must be able to [I paraphrase] 'tape
a 2k Fresnel on to a wall or other vertical support  safely and reliably
without the tape failure due to lack of adhesion or heat" < Black, 2" tape>
