To me that sounds up front like bum OEM power supplies.  Has anyone opened
one up for a diagnosis attempt?

The arrival timing of that message was super-appropriate, as I was just
discussing new(ish) gear in a small community-theatre space that's getting
itself up and running again, which includes ETC Color Source.  I passed the
essence of the initial message on, so we know to be wary of failures...
