[SML] Farewell

Dear Dave, I'm deeply saddened to learn of this turn of events.  You were
one of the earliest patrons of this bar that I encountered and I've loved
our engagements over the years.  Particularly pleased with the in-person
meets we had on a couple of occasions. Thanks again for WarHorse.  You will
be missed but not forgotten, my friend.  Stay well and carry on.
