[SML] Fixing Smoke machine

Assuming that it's a cheap, no-name smoke machine, the internals are 
usually quite simple. Open it up and take a look.

Clive has made a few videos on cheap smoke machines. One of them is on 
repairing the common pumps, and another few look inside the (sometimes 
amusingly) bad designs.
