[SML] Two things: Grease Car and creating fake Neon Sign

A truly inexpensive method I used years ago that works surprisingly well:

1. Layout the sign on a sheet of 1/4" lauan.
2. Cut a 3/8" slot following the layout, leaving "bridges" where necessary
so        the sign doesn't fall apart.
3. Affix 1/2" vinyl tubing on top of the slot with either wire or hot glue.
4. Illuminate the "sign" from the back side with lights of your preferred
colors.

Basically it's building a light box.
