[SML] Big book spines

I almost always prefer to build by additive techniques rather than
subjective... it's simply faster. I would recommend studying the shape of
actual book spines. Many are barely curved at all. For curved small book
spines like the original poster is seeking, I would look at PVC and other
pipes, cardboard tubing, gutter material, pool noodles, and other
appropriate cylindrical shapes.
