Thank you David, and Greg B, and others who have relayed their
experiences. This is helpful, as I continue to evaluate the 3-legged
stool of Value. I had already contemplated various possibilities, many
mentioned here, but the real-world experiences were most helpful. I
have to take into consideration cost (of course), as well as labor
(time) and my available labor pool (and back to time and materials
cost). The designs may change due to weighing these options, so that's
why past experiences, suggestions, and lessons learned are so
valuable. Plus, there may have been some methods I had never
considered.  Thanks, everyone!
