[SML] High pass filter for 70v speakers...

Howdy all.... my booth speakers really hate the bass of contemporary
recorded music.... a feed from the DSP goes to a small amp that just
powers 3 small speakers in my booths, and contemporary music (mostly
dance recital stuff) just makes them grumpy and farty. Just for
chicks-n-giggles, I tried putting 300hz* high-pass filters inline on
the speakers (and even directly off the amp) to no avail. *300hz
cutoff for 4-ohm speakers, 150hz for 8-ohm speakers, but I can't find
anything about how to do the same with 70v systems.

Anyone know how I can filter out the boom-boom on these speakers? The
lil 70v amp already has its bass turned all the way down...

(The feed comes from a hanging mic over the stage, and into a DSP
that's doing 4000 other things, but this hanging mic is feeding
speakers elsewhere in the building, but they don't have this distorty
problem, just the booth monitors.)
