[SML] Rigging Inspection

Yeah, it's me again...

I got an email the other day from someone at a local air museum
seeking some sort of rigging inspection to satisfy the Smithsonian, I
guess. I don't do that sort of thing any more.
If anyone Certified & Qualified is interested in following up, I'm
putting her contact info here.  I gave her a couple of ideas (Sapsis,
Reed Rigging) off the top of my head, maybe there are others in the
area I'm missing.
