[SML] [EXTERNAL] Shrink mirror alternative

I had needed to create a mirror for Phantom and used something similar from Amazon.  I needed to act like a scrim which the Rosco shrink mirror didn’t do.  With a backing it work work as a regular mirror for far less cost.  It has been a few years but I think it did heat shrink
