Check out Froggy's Fog.
They have an ultrasonic low fogger that doesn't need any type of ice to get the fog low.

Subject: [SML] Low Lying Foggers
Hello Everyone,
Looking at the possibility of getting a new low lying fogger. We've had Aqua Foggers, and MDG Ice Fogger Compact. We definitely don't want to do the Dry Ice machine types, and the MDG fogger works well but, either we need a second one for the area we need to cover or just one that can do a larger massive output.
Any suggestions from those who have been using or seeing foggers lately?
