[SML] used fixtures

Hey Dan,

I've got a handful of S4 ellipsoidals in most sizes, a dozen or so S4 
zooms, some PAR64s & lamps, 2k fresnels, and a ton of S4 PARs. I'll 
email you a spreadsheet. I'm in the Nashville, TN area.
