[SML] Fire Alarm Impairment

A timer approved for use in a Fire Alarm System, for system deactivation/activation, might exist.

> Unfortunately what an AHJ’s will let you do is quite specific to the individual. If it were me I’d say no because flipping (back on) the switch requires action by a person and this elevates the life-safety risk.
