Interesting! 380v seems like an odd voltage, but I guess it makes sense 
if 220v is the hot-neutral voltage. I'm so used to the 120/208v & 
277/480v systems here in the US, that it struck me as different when I 
first read that. What are some of the common voltages that you see in 
your part of the world?
