Neutric also makes the NA2F-D0B-TX which takes XLR in and Outputs RCA - i
may have the wrong part number for XLR gender

RDL makes the RDL TX-AFC1F which is a XLR to RCA converter - for hardwire -
TX-A2D

just add a RCA to 1/8 cable, in reality, those are just disposable anyways,
or make the camera op bring their own, definitely shame them if they don't
