[SML] Moving light simple programming on ION

Greetings Lister's,

I am designing a show in a nice civic space who had a recent turn over
of all the staff. The former TD was always great in helping program the
movers for me they have. I need to use several for specials.  The new TD
is OK but lacks some skills with them on the  ION 20xe Console.

I found the online video from ETC on basics but if anyone has a simple
cheat sheet they could share, I will be deeply grateful.

The movers will be pre set in a Q before we start and then just
intensity changes during the show.
